Cheer Accounts
Hey Parents!
I wanted to send out a few reminders now so you know where we are in the process and what to expect.
In the next few weeks I will be working with Debbie Calder to clear out cheer accounts and make sure everything is in order. During this process we will be sending out reminders if you still have an account balance or if you will be issued a refund.
If your account requires a refund due to over payment it will be issued AFTER cheer try outs. If your daughter decides to try out again the balance will just be transferred to their account and go towards their new uniform balance that will be due in April. If they chose not to try out, then a check will be cut at the first of April. Any senior with a credit will have a check issued at the beginning of April as well.
If your account has a balance this year you will not be able to try out for the 2018-2019 cheer team. With the changing of coaches and staff we need it to be as smooth as possible. We don't want another coach to be left with un paid accounts to deal with. For this reason anyone with a balance will need it taken care of before March 30th to officially try out.
Seniors, just a reminder that if your accounts have a balance it will need to be taken care of before you can get on the graduation list and receive your yearbooks at the end of the year. Please get this taken care of in the office or set up a payment plan if necessary.
