2018... here we come!!

Hello! I hope you all had an amazing Christmas and a Happy new year!! This time of year starts to get really crazy, so i ask that you read over all the information to answer your questions. If there is still s something that you need help with please feel free to give me a  call!!


Competition:

We compete This Saturday at Roy high @ 3:00. The girls need to arrive at the competition at 2:00. They will meet Caitlyn by the BIG GLASS windows.

*Caitlyn will be in charge at this competition. I unfortunately have my nephews wedding that same day and times didn't work out that I will be able to see them compete :( I had discussed this with the girls earlier this month so they were aware. As a coach my heart is breaking I can't be there for their first competition, but I know between having each other and you parents they will be amazing!!

Girls need to arrive in their white uniform, liners, comp shoes, hair braided on both sides, with a poof high pony tail. Black NK bow. ( i will send the girls a picture of hair )

I have attached the waiver to this blog. Please get it filled out and brought to class on Wednesday! I want to make sure everything is put together for Caitlyn before Saturday.

Nationals information:

We are 25 days away from California!! Please remember to get your last payment made before the 15th. I will not be able to pass out tickets until it is paid in FULL.

Here is a basic itinerary... We will have an exact itinerary handed out when we have our team dinner.

Thursday Jan 25- 

Attend school in the morning.... You need to meet at the SLC airport by 1:00. Our flight will leave at 2:50 and arrive at LAX at 3:50. We will head to the hotel for a relaxing evening.

The hotel we are staying at is Staybridge Suites @ 1855 South Manchester

Friday Jan 26- 

DISNEYLAND .... we will be having our team dinner that night @ 4:00 at GOOFYS KITCHEN at the Disneyland hotel. PARENTS, if you want to join us for dinner you are more than welcome... you need to contact the travel agent to set that up :)

Saturday Jan 27-

Competition! I will not have exact times until the week before. But we will plan to arrive at Beckman High School around 9:00 am (3588 Bryan Ave, Irvine California )... the competition will be done by 2:30.

*** Because the competition will be ending at 2:30, I had someone ask me about upgrading their pass disney pass to a 3 day disney pass so they could go at night. This is an OPTIONAL OPTION.... i know many of you go with your families after, so if you would like to upgrade your pass I need to know by Thursday. The difference of the pass would be paid directly to the travel agent since this is not part of our budget. Again, it is OPTIONAL!!

Check out of our hotel and head to the airport around 10.... Our flight leaves LAX at 1:45 pm and will arrive in SLC at 4:45. Girls are in charge or arranging their rides to and from the airport. If there is a problem, please let me know!

** For new parents traveling with us this year. All of your child's travel needs are taken care of by the travel agent we have hired. The money you are paying into the account for nationals is used to pay for these things. Anything extra you want to do will be on you. All parents wanting to travel with the team need to call the travel agent directly. We do not book parent trips through the school.
