Nationals
Nationals trip has finally be approved 100% and we are ready to start having out information.
We will be traveling Thursday, January 25th from SLC to LAX. Our flight is at 2:30 pm
Due to district rules are are only allowed to miss 3 days of school. So girls will need to attend their morning classes, and then they can head straight to the airport around 12:00. That way they only miss lunch and we have cheer 4th period so getting to the airport will be class lol.
We are still in the process of finalizing a hotel. The one we were really wanting wasn't approved in the budget, so we are working on plan B. I will keep you posted in the coming weeks.
For new parents try to decide on a hotel for yourself, we always stay somewhere close to Disneyland.
Basic 5 day outline:
Thursday: Get to California.. check in hotel... practice and then team dinner
Friday : DISNEYLAND
Saturday: Competition. This year it is being held in the Ontario Convention center in Ontario California. PLAN all day... we dont get a line up schedule until 2 weeks before the competition.
Sunday: Universal or Disneyland
( deciding on character reservations and then we will decide which day we go where )
Monday: Universal or Disneyland
Tuesday: Shopping in the morning... possibly the beach... fly home that afternoon.
If you are looking to book with the same travel agent we use and have her arrange shuttles and rooms so you can potentially split the costs with other parents... or if you just need her to buy your passes, you can give her a call at

Parents trips are paid directly to the travel agent. We do not do that through the school.
I will continue to post more in depth details this week and we get things set in stone. Please make sure your first payment of $333 has been made for November. I have to send a deposit in this week.
Also if your daughter is not traveling I need to know asap! As of right now I am planning on everybody, injured and alternates.
