Nationals information

Parents! We are anxiously awaiting bids to come through from the district for our trip. All bids were given until the 27th of October to send in their offers, so we should have final trip details by the end of this week. Along those lines we need to have an official vote. The school is requiring someone  from the PTA come in and hand out the surveys, so those should be coming home this week as well. Get them signed and turned into the office no later than Monday!

Payments:

Hopefully between football ads and the car wash money you made enough to cover your first payment for nationals, or at least close to it...The district changed it's travel policy to where we can now spend $1000, so we are hoping to get into a nicer hotel this year.

Payments will be broken into 3 sets of $333 for Nov, Dec and Jan. You can take off what you earned and just pay towards the difference. All nationals payments must be paid int full before you can travel.

Between Zupas and the dance I am hoping that we made enough to cover the girls character dining that is part of that $1000... I will post that information once Debbie has sent me what was turned in.
