July Reminders

Happy Sunday! I hope everybody had an amazing 4th of July and the start to your break. I wanted to post a few reminders so things don't sneak up on us....

* Please make sure you are caught up on your April and May payment because your July payment will be due this month. If you are planning to use money from football ads towards these payments that is wonderful but the money needs to be turned into the school.

* Football ads are DUE JULY 15th! I will arrange a time to meet you at the school and pick everything up so I can get started with our designers for the book. Remember you need the following to turn it in

      1. Completed information sheet
      2. Artwork attached, burned to a cd or junk drive with your name and the company ads on it
      3. Receipt of payment
      4. Each ad's paper work should be in its own sheet protector.

You need to have earned at least $250 that goes towards the cheer program. If you do not earn that much it will be added on to your account for a fundraising fee. Anything after the $250 gets to go directly towards yours cheer payments!! There is still time to get ads complete so get going if you haven't started!!! PLEASE!!!!


* CHEERS!! You need to make sure you know all cheers and sidelines by our first day back. You will also be passing off the routine we took to camp and the 2 routines we learned there so make sure you be going over those in your off time!

* We start practice back on August 1... it is a Tuesday!

* We turned in our red uniform top to Coleman Knitting to be fixed. If you didn't give me your top you need to get it to coleman ASAP so you have it back for football season.

* August 18th will be the Endowment game! NHS @ Viewmont.

* BUS HELP! I am looking for  parent volunteers to ride the bus to some away football games. I am not allowed to take Livvy and Belle on the bus because they need to be in carseats so for certain games I would need a parent to ride the bus so I can drive down and meet you at the games. I am looking for the following games....

      * Friday September 1 NHS @ Syracuse
      * Friday October  6 NHS @ Davis
      * Wednesday October 18 NHS @ Woods Cross

If you are able to help great, if not no worries!! I appreciate everything that you parents have done for the girls and we are excited for an amazing year!!

* Last but not least... those of you with jobs need to make sure you mark your calendars and clear extra practice dates with your boss in advance. We will start extra practices in September on Wednesdays from 6-9 and Saturday's either 7-10 or 10-1, we rotate with the drill team for the gym and final schedule hasn't been sent out yet. As soon as I get it I will let you know!
